Lucerne Ladies Wrist Watch

Lucerne on dial. 17 jewel movement marked Orloff Watch Co. Winds sets and runs but doesnt keep time. Lost about 5 minutes during a day of testing. Going to sell it for parts unless someone wants to fix it up. 13mm lug width. 23mm overall including crown.
